Drama Arthouse
Madeleine Verdier is in het Parijs van de jaren 30 een berooide actrice die beschuldigd wordt van de moord op een beroemde producent. Met de hulp van haar beste vriendin en advocate Pauline kan ze bewijzen dat ze uit zelfverdediging handelde. Ze wordt vrijgesproken waarna een succesvol leven haar toelacht. Dan komt de waarheid aan het licht.
